Once identity verification is done and the details are agreed, Companies House usually registers a company online within a day or two.
Do I need to verify my identity with Companies House?
Yes. Directors and people with significant control must now verify their identity with Companies House. As an Authorised Corporate Service Provider, we can do this for you as part of setting up the company.
How much share capital should I put in?
